Package 1: Bronze "Initial Steps"

Our Bronze Package is for those who would like to organise their own wedding day but may like some initial assistance from a wedding planner to find the best local venues and suppliers on offer.

• Introductory meeting to find out what your dream is – free
• Finding that special place for your ceremony
• Meeting with you to suggest appropriate venues and suppliers to create your vision
• Booking venues and obtaining any relevant details, also getting you the best price
• Suggesting a selection of celebrants we think are suited to you, so that you may choose one that you feel comfortable with
• Provide a budget planner so you may keep track of expenses

Package 2: Silver "Stressfree"

Our Silver Package is designed to help those who need the assistance of a wedding planner to create their special day without the support on the day.

• Introductory meeting to find out what your dream is – free
• Finding that special place for your ceremony
• Meeting with you to suggest appropriate venues and suppliers to create your vision
• Booking venues and obtaining any relevant details, also getting you the best price
• Suggesting a selection of celebrants that we think are suited to you, so you may choose one you feel comfortable with
• Arranging and meeting with suppliers either with you or on your behalf, such as printers, photographers, florists, entertainment
• Provide a Budget Planner so you may keep track of expenses
• Creating a detailed timetable for the lead up to your special day
• As wedding planners we will provide you with short monthly updates
• Giving helpful advice and resources for speeches and toasts and any other details
• Provide a helpful list of suggested photographs you may want taken to pass onto photographer
• Contacting and confirming all bookings with suppliers
• Making appointments and visiting the reception venue with you to discuss seating plans, menus, layout, service, and timetable on the day
• Provide wedding day timetables for the bridal party and an MC’s timetable
• Ongoing consultation via email, phone or in person

Package 3: Gold "Assistance"

Our Gold Package is for those who like to plan, book and organise their own wedding day, but would like assistance with all the last minute details, confirmations and for help on your special day to create calm and ensure everything runs smoothly.

• Introductory meeting - free
• Meeting with you to discuss your plans and obtaining all details of bookings
• Going over all aspects to be sure you have not forgotten anything
• Contacting and confirming all bookings with suppliers
• Making appointments and visiting the reception venue with you to discuss details including seating plans, layout, menu, service, and timetable on the day
• Working with you to create your wedding timetables
• Provide wedding day timetables for the bridal party and an MC’s timetable
• Attend and assist at wedding rehearsal if required
• On your wedding day we will be there to ensure everything runs smoothly at the venues and looking after any unforeseen emergencies, so you can relax in the knowledge we are behind the scenes and your guests are looked after
• Providing one of our special picnic hampers full of small bites, fruit, bubbles and water to enjoy while the wedding party has their photos taken. As wedding planners we know how important it is to keep the energy levels up
• Ongoing consultation via email, phone or in person

Package 4: Platinum "Complete Package"

Our Platinum Package is the complete stress free option so you may enjoy the build up to the biggest and most special day of your lives.

• Introductory meeting to find out what your dream is – free
• Finding that special place for your ceremony
• Meeting with you to suggest appropriate venues and suppliers to create your vision
• Booking venues and obtaining any relevant details, also getting you the best price
• Suggesting a selection of celebrants that we think are suited to you, so you may choose one you feel comfortable with

Extras

• In addition to these packages, we able to decorate or help you decorate the wedding venue on the day at an hourly rate, as this depends greatly on the size of the wedding.
